Well, it had to happen. Nearing the end of our 17 km walk today, Dian's right knee decided to puff up twice it's size. So, more anti inflamitories and new inserts for runners. Also hired a courier to take her pack on to the next town tomorrow, so the 20 km ahead will be without extra pack weight. Hope it works out. We are a a beautiful B & B for the night. First injury, boo hoo
