Second stop....the historic rail station in McAdam, New Brunswick. It opened in 1901 and at it's busiest period, had 16 trains per day carrying up to 300 passengers per train.
We really enjoyed the tour and even got to sit in the large famous diner. Our guide took our pic as we chatted and listened to Al Jolson on the jukebox. One of the old posters is for Lake Louise, CP rail would advertise the West in the East stations and vice versa to encourage travel.
