Wow what a day of hiking and sightseeing in different towns on Manitoulin Island. We left the trailer at Batman's just after 8am and were gone for 9 hours! The next six posts will be of this day.
This first post is the Cup & Saucer hike at Sheguiandah. Spectacular and challenging! 2.5 hrs and Dian's bad knees didn't appreciate the work load. But so glad we did it!!! Crazy beautiful!!! Most pictures are self explanatory except for the gum tree. Yup it's the tree on the trail, covered in hundreds of hikers chewed gum pieces. Not sure who started the trend but many followed. Lol.... not us, we didn't bring gum.
