Manitoba to Ontario June 19

 Left Manitoba this morning and drove over 500 kilometers to Ontario.

Very hot and humid today plus 34 before noon.  Haze on the horizon from this heat, guess that's where they get the saying " Lazy hazy days of summer"

The route we took thru Manitoba on the #6, then # 1 was beautifully green and mostly marsh and small lakes or ponds.  No crops on all the farms here, just cattle country until we got close to Winnipeg.  We crossed the narrows bridge over Lake Manitoba and took the bypass, past Winnipeg.  Choosing other points of interest in Ontario.  We did manage to snap a picture of the CENTRE OF CANADA. In Tache, Manitoba.   It is the exact longitudinal east-west centre of Canada.
