Left the campground and headed for the boardwalk before hitting the highway. Gorgeous morning, 22 at 9 am. Beautiful 1.5k stroll along the St. Mary River. Enjoyed great water views and garden beds, plaques of interest etc. Also hundreds of painted rocks from school kids. Have a few pics of those.
Ended up at an outdoor market at the far end. Bought the best soft pretzels we've ever had. Hot and fresh yum! Also bagged some home made tarts for later, tee hee. We could see right across to the U.S.A., you can sort of see their flag in one of the pics. After the terrific morning stroll we jumped in the truck and headed down the highway to Manitoulin Island, that will be my next post. Bye for now, cheers from B & D 😀
